In the Kursk region, the Unmanned Systems Forces destroyed a naval radar station "Zaslon"
Operators of the 413th "Raid" battalion of the State Border Service in the Kursk region struck and disabled the shipborne radar station "Zaslon".
The video of the combat operation was released on May 7 by the UAV Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The enemy "Zaslon" radar on a wheeled base was found at a great distance from the state border by the "Raid" operators as part of the "Bumblebee" UAV composite detachment of the 78th Air Assault Regiment.
The "Zaslon" was moving across the field with its radar on but did not detect the approach of our drone and was hit.
This is a rare modification of the shipborne radar complex, installed on Russia’s latest corvettes.
It can detect targets at a distance of up to 300 km, provide target designation for anti-aircraft missiles, and control the fire of air defence and artillery.
The cost of one shipborne "Zaslon", announced by Russian media, was around $46 million in 2019," reported the State Border Service.
In the Donetsk region, "Raid" operators struck two of the latest Russian flamethrower systems TOC-2 "Tosochka", which are a deep modernization of TOC-1A "Solntsepek".
The TOC-2 was adopted by the Russian Armed Forces in 2021, and the first destruction of this system in Ukraine was recorded in February 2025.
