Advisor to Zelenskyy on the delivery of a document to the Russian Federation regarding the ceasefire: Contains clear steps

Dmytro Lytvyn noted that the Ukrainian document with clear steps towards a ceasefire and peace in Ukraine is already with the Russians. According to the official, the occupiers have already received the document, so there can be no excuses.

Now the ball is in their court (the Russian court – Channel 24) – everyone is waiting for their so-called "memorandum." They promised to deliver it not only to us,
– stated Zelenskyy’s advisor.

He also emphasized that it is now the year 2025, so the delivery of the document does not take days or weeks.

"We need to see how much creativity the Russians will put into their ’memorandum’ and prepare a meaningful meeting. Ultimately, it should promote peace, not serve propagandistic purposes. But it depends on the Russians whether they take this seriously or not," – concluded Lytvyn.
