"Radio Liberty" referenced Minister of Foreign Affairs Sybiha, reporting that "Ukraine is not interested in continuing negotiations with Russia unless a ceasefire under specific conditions is discussed."

Although in the mentioned video Sybiha did not say this, he only criticized the recent talks in Istanbul for being reduced to discussing prisoner exchanges.

Later "Radio Liberty" admitted that it "incorrectly" conveyed the information. And Sybiha emphasized that Kyiv is "open to ceasefire negotiations if they are constructive."

"We need negotiations where decisions are made and issues are resolved," the minister noted.
