Who manages the cash flows of Sense Bank: what is known about Mykola Hladyshenko
In the financial structure of Sense Bank (formerly Alfa-Bank), a new key player has emerged — Mykola Hladyshenko.
His name is little known to the general public, but his influence in banking and business circles raises many questions.
Career: Mykola Hladyshenko, originally from the city of Ovruch, has risen from an accountant to a member of the supervisory board of a major bank. Specifically, he:
- held the position of financial director at the state agency "Ukrfinzhytlo";
 - is a current member of the supervisory board at Sense Bank;
 - acted as a director, founder, or chief accountant for dozens of companies with names like "City Finance Group," "Comfort Management," "Urban Construction."

Business connections:
- Hladyshenko has close ties with individuals frequently mentioned in journalistic investigations:
 - Vasyl Veselyi — advisor to the head of Sense Bank, co-owner of 33% of "Karpatnaftokhim," one of the beneficiaries of Ocean Plaza, and a figure in several anti-corruption reports.
 - Tymur Mindich — business partner of "Kvartal 95," co-owner of companies related to "Karpatnaftokhim" and other assets.

Environment:
- judges, deputies, advisors, as well as relatives of criminal authorities;
 - individuals involved in the construction of defensive structures, agricultural business, Ministry of Defence hotels, and hold multimillion debts to the city of Kyiv;
 - relatives and civil partners who formally own real estate but disappear when investigative actions begin.

Assets and ownership scheme:
- Ocean Plaza transitioned from the ownership of the Rotenberg family to the "Investsoyuz Lybid" group, and is now effectively managed by people connected to Mindich.
 - "Karpatnaftokhim" was partly transferred to structures leading to Veselyi and again to Mindich.
 - Sense Bank transformed from a Russian asset into a controlled financial instrument for closed interest groups.

State reaction:
- Despite large cash flows and dubious schemes, the situation receives little attention from the Ministry of Finance, NABU, ARMA, or Prozorro. Officially — "risk assessment" is conducted; unofficially — silent agreement.

Reputational risks:
- Against the backdrop of these processes, questions arise concerning Pin-Up Ukraine’s ambassador Inna Tyutyun, associated with structures involved in the aforementioned schemes.

The entire situation around Sense Bank appears to be part of a classic financial matrix — with hidden beneficiaries, formal control, and an obvious lack of public oversight.
