On the morning of Friday, July 4, Russian troops struck the civilian infrastructure of the city of Kramatorsk. There are casualties.

The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, reported that Russian military forces struck the city’s civilian infrastructure - destroying an educational institution.

As a result of the shelling, a man and a woman were injured and are in serious condition; they are receiving all necessary medical assistance.

According to preliminary information, the Russians fired from a "Tornado-S" multiple rocket launcher system.
