The HACC approved the agreement with the assistants of the judge of the Kirovskyi District Court of Kropyvnytskyi

The High Anti-Corruption Court approved a plea agreement made with the assistants of the judge of the Kirovohrad District Court of Kropyvnytskyi, Svitlana Muravyova and Olena Dolya, within the case involving Pavlo Ivchenko, the head of the Oleksandrivskyi District Court of the Kirovohrad region.

Such a decision was made by the HACC on July 21, reports "Slovo i Dilo".

The accused fully admitted their guilt and pledged to cooperate with the prosecutor from the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office. They will also transfer 49,620 hryvnias each for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These funds were deposited as bail.

"To approve the plea agreement concluded on 07/04/2025 between the SAPO prosecutor and the accused (Svitlana Muravyova and Olena Dolya – ed.)," stated the decision.

Both accused were sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment without confiscation of property. Simultaneously, they were released on probation for a period of 1 year and 6 months. Procedural costs of 58,518 UAH were also recovered from the accused.
