The NBU has taken on "Kit Group": warns about fraudulent lending schemes

The National Bank of Ukraine has warned citizens about the risks of using financial services from institutions operating outside the legal framework. In focus are companies that disguise credit services as other transactions to avoid state supervision and violate legislation.

One example of such schemes is the activity of "Kit Group" — particularly LLC "FC «Liberty Finance»", whose ultimate beneficiary is Anton Tkachenko. As previously reported by journalists, this structure provides loans to the public without the appropriate license, exploiting legal loopholes and violating consumer rights.

The NBU has reported that it is currently analyzing information regarding this company and its activities. The regulator emphasizes that such schemes pose a serious threat to the financial security of Ukrainians and urges citizens to be vigilant when choosing financial services.
