In Kryvyi Rih, a man damaged a TRC vehicle

The incident happened in Kryvyi Rih, in the area of the 20th quarter. There, a man smashed a Renault Trafic car with a baseball bat, which belonged to employees of one of the TRCs.

The perpetrator was already sentenced to four years in prison, but with a suspended sentence. However, he was in custody for three months while the investigation and trial were ongoing.

As stated in the case materials, the man pleaded guilty and repented in court. He explained that he was driving his own car on one of the streets of Kryvyi Rih when he noticed a scuffle involving TRC soldiers.

The man demanded the release of the detainee who was being pulled into a bus. When his words were ignored, he started cursing, and later he took a baseball bat out of his car and hit the TRC vehicle three times. After that, he simply drove away from the scene.
