Russia has inflicted 1 trillion dollars worth of damage on Ukraine

During the entire period of Russian military aggression, which began in 2014, the total damages inflicted on Ukraine may reach one trillion dollars.

This was reported by the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Iryna Mudra, in Ihor Dolhov’s program on "Ukrinform."

“We know that, as of today, the amount of losses inflicted by Russia in just the last three years of war is already estimated at 589 billion dollars,” Mudra noted.

According to her, due to the daily strikes by Russia on Ukrainian territory, the actual amount of damages continues to increase daily.

“These figures are one of the more conservative estimates. If we consider from the beginning of the war in 2014, this amount may reach up to one trillion dollars, including tens of thousands of destroyed lives,” Mudra added.
