DIU: Russians complain about the losses of conscripts in the Russian army in the Belgorod region

In Russia, there are complaints that their conscripts continue to be sent to the war against Ukraine. Russian conscripts are being eliminated, particularly in the Belgorod region.

This became known from a phone conversation between Russians intercepted by the DIU of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. It debunked the false claim by the Russian command that conscripts are supposedly not involved in combat operations.

"They were also stationed in the Belgorod region. When they were replaced, the boys were being taken to the train, something hit them, and a boy from their village died," said a citizen of the aggressor country.

They discussed how Russian conscripts are stationed in the Belgorod region on the border with Ukraine. Among them, there are those wounded due to drone attacks.

One of the conscripts was already eliminated when they were replaced and were supposed to be transported by train to another location.

"More and more Russian conscripts are dying in the aggressive war against Ukraine, despite the Kremlin’s assurances that they would not be involved in combat operations," noted the DIU.
